Open DiscordThe download was interrupted. What should I do?
Open DboLauncher.exe from the same folder and choose Resume Download. Keep the partially downloaded files so the launcher can reuse them.
Why can’t I update while the game is running?
The launcher protects files that are in use. Close all game clients from that installation, including any second accounts, then try Update / Repair again.
What happens when I open Client.exe directly?
Start through DboLauncher.exe instead. The launcher checks the installation and provides the managed startup the client expects.
A file seems missing or damaged.
Close the game and use Repair Game Files in the launcher settings. The launcher verifies the installation and retrieves files that need to be restored.
How do I report a quest or gameplay problem?
Share the quest or item name, character details relevant to the problem, approximate time and steps that reproduce it with the team on Discord. Never post passwords or private authentication keys.
Can I manage my account on this website?
Yes. You'll be able to sign in to your account, reset your password and view your existing characters from your account area on this website.
